BioHey guys. My name is Emily and I have an ED. Like many of you, I am a slave to the scale and the mirror, yet I allow myself to suffer because it makes me beautiful, wise, strong, envied, in control... The thinner I get, the better my life gets. It's worth every minute of hunger... isn't it?
I just wanted you all to know how much I respect you for having the courage to transform yourselves into the people you want to be, and for rising above a society of gluttony, where everyone aspires and wants and demands, but no one does.
Other than that I'm pretty normal. I like music most of all and I love reading. I have a great boyfriend and family. My mom is my hero. I've always been kind of a loner. School always sucked for me and I think that's what triggered my ED. The depression, peer pressure, and pressure from society to be beautiful and perfect. Anyway...that's just a little bit about me.
